Reflecting on 2020, Looking Ahead to 2021

After a year like 2020, it can be easy to want to move ahead quickly, only looking forward, desiring to forget the past. Spending some time reflecting on 2020 can help us to see how we endured through the hardships. And many times, life’s biggest challenges produce some of the greatest innovations. When we face a crisis, we must choose to work together to make the most of the hardship and allow for change which can, in the end, make us better.

This year, we saw our employees quickly switch gears to not only service customers using extra precautions, but also working to create new products. Our embroidery team sewed hundreds of face masks, many of which were donated to local non-profits. We also worked with longtime customer, Padnos, to design a sanitizer stand when supplies elsewhere were limited. PadnosThese creative endeavors helped us to remain focused on our mission, Building customer loyalty through relationships and excellent service without contracts. Our company continues to provide PPE products to customers as they need them.

We are thankful for our team as they remained positive and persevered through many difficult situations, our customers who allowed us to continue to service them in hard times, and our suppliers who worked hard to get us the products we needed.

While we look forward with hope for what 2021 may bring, we look back on 2020, thankful for what we have learned and the growth we experienced as a team.
