PADNOS Carhartt Order Form

Carhartt Policy – In an effort to provide our team members with ample protection during cold weather, PADNOS offers discounted jackets and coveralls to all PADNOS employees who work outdoors.

The cost to the team member will be equal to one-half of the price for which the company purchases the item. Only one jacket and one bib may be purchased at the discounted price every two years. If more than one is purchased, the full cost of the second item will be charged to the employee unless approved by their supervisor. All jackets will come with hi-vis striping and will be embroidered with the PADNOS logo.
