Handhelds for Customer Service Representatives
All drivers are issued a smart phone equipped with the ABS Laundry Business Solutions app. Here the route drivers can enter orders, flag items that need repairing and check invoices. Currently customers can use our red card process, attaching a card to a uniform requiring mending. Drivers then scan it with their handheld and the item is automatically sent to mending while at the plant.
